Hi folks
Making a change from talking about vehicle electrics I'm trying to adjust a PVC door at home. I've been browsing the Net to decide which type of hinges are fitted, but without any definite answers. The hinge(s) are a butt style of design with a plastic plug top & bottom, removing this reveals a small multi-sided rod (rather like an inverted Allen key) which I assume if turned will facilitate the hinge pin moving slightly to move the door itself towards or away from the frame.
The problem is that even the smallest quarter-drive socket is too big to be inserted into the hollow hinge far enough to engage with the adjusting 'rod' (guess about 8mm)
Is there a tool available to enable this action?
Any advice appreciated.
