door entry system

hi guys, i have been lumbered with replacing a door entry phone in a block of flats, the old one does not release the door lock and the company have provided me a new handset, please see attached images, this is not my strong point but our door entry engineer has had a heart attack so im filling in, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated,

That looks like a tynetec system ....that bell system handset is not going to work ....post pictures of entry panel outside
