Hello, I live in a block of flats and have an audio intercom system. I am trying to replace my Bticino 334202 entry phone with an Entryphone 201 but can't seem to understand the connections. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have attached an image showing the connections in the Bticino 334202 phone.

My doorbell stopped working. The management sent a person who checked the wiring and said the phone needs to be replaced. I know for sure that the entryphone 201 works in our system as someone in the opposite building have also changed theirs to an entryphone 201. Unfortunately, they have completely refused to let anyone have a look at their wiring so that is no help.

Get the management company to sort it , if it goes wrong and it can , it's down to them to sort it out

"Get the management company to sort it", it's their responsibility, it's what you pay their exorbitant charges for. It makes you wonder what else within your building fixtures and fittings you have to pay for.
Central heating goes wrong, YOU have to pay for it, I don't think so. What is the difference, it's a 'fixture and fitting' after all.

Bticino - function - Entryphone
1 - Common - B,F,G
3 - Audio -
4 - Audio -
5 - Call - A2
6 - Lock - 1

I don't know which way round the Bticino audio terminals are, so connect wires 3 and 4 in turn to Entryphone L leaving the other unconnected) and see if you can listen to the door panel. The one that isn't connected to L connects to Entryphone P and speaks to the door.

However why not replace with a new Bticino handset?

Do not blame me if this is wrong or you short circuit something and blow the system for the whole building.
