Door Hinge Adjustment

How on earth do I adjust that?

Theres a screw at the top & bottom. Do I need to pull the door into position then tighten up the grub screw?

It's basically not fully seating properly on one side

Looks to me as if the pins are offset I would guess there is a hex in the top and bottom of the pins they are rotated to adjust then clamped in that position with the grub screws.

That's basically it

Very old design of hinge and very rarely used now, very little sideways adjustment and none for up and down

Just noticed ours doesn't even have the offset on the pins. New doors it is
