Door Hinge spares/replacements

The covers on most of the hinges on our UPVC doors have gone - ideally I'd like to just get new covers (ever the optimist!) or failing that 'drop in replacement' hinges. Not managed to find anything compatible - the hinges have a flange which is screwed to the edge of the door, as well as the fixings on the face. I've taken some pictures and dimensions below.

The doors were installed by Fineline Windows (Medway) - I'm told about 10 years ago.
Can anyone suggest a source for the hinges and/or caps?

Its defo a Dr Hahn hinge (german) and the age of it will mean its no longer made or available including spare parts, there are plenty of pvc hardware suppliers but the story will be the same i'm sure

Brilliant - I found the other 20 manufacturers of hinges, but not Dr Hahn!

What's even more impressive is that they list spare parts for all their hinges, including this one whose design changed in 2006 (its a KT-N6R if anyone else is looking). I've emailed to see if the caps are actually available (P/No K400K0002).

Doesn't look as if the newer version of the hinge is available, though; nor do they mention whether its a drop-in replacement

I believe the newer one is circular, might be wrong though

Yes, the new one is circular. Not yet found anyone who supplies it in UK though (some do other Dr-H hinges).
