Making a door liner for an understairs WC toilet

I know the typical gap around the top and sides is 1/8" (about 3mm) but for the bottom what is typical (especially if the small room has an extractor fan needed replacement air when on?

the laminate floor going on floor under the door is 15mm including underlay.

The typical gap nowadays is based on a fire door requirement of 2 to 4mm (to accommodate cold smoke seals), but better fitted doors were generally gappwd at 2mm in the past. These daysthe bottom gap is supposed to be no more than 4mm (again, fire door standard), although in the past 6 or even 10mm was acceptable
