Door or Frame ? (Chicken or Egg?)

Hello All,

I have 3 doors to fit to my extension.
Which is the best order;

Fir hinges to door and then to frame, or fit the hinges first and then attach the door

first fit the door ensuring an even gap all round, planing where necessary.

cut hinges into door.

then fit to frame.
