Door plug thing

Hi anyone know if its possible to get a replacement door plug thing or whatever it is called. Bought the house many years ago with one missing and its always annoyed me but never got round to trying to get a new one properly until now.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Google upvc drainage caps and take your pick You need something like this although double check the hole to ensure whatever you buy will cover it and fit correctly into the hole:
