hi all i live in a semi detatched with dormers front and back which are tiled with plain vertical tiles,my problem is i have water coming through the wall,i noticed this when i moved my sons bed it was very wet the only thing i thought it could be was there is the dormer then 1 course of tiles linking the main roof running down the side of the dormer, there is lkike a lead valley running down seperating the tiled dormer from the 1 course linking the main roof is it possible that this lead could be the problem, the only thing thats confusing me is that when i moved the bed the wall was soaking but i checked it 20 mins later and it was dry?

any help would be much appreciated

soaking to dry in 20 mins is weird.....
have you a photo of the roof layout showing detailing?

hi i dont know how to get a picture in but could it be heavy condensation as since moving the bed away from the wall it has dried up,with 4 inches of thawing snow on the roof i thought it would get worst if it was coming through the lead valley/brickwork also the wall paper wasnt coming away from the wall
