Hi,
the hot water tap in my kitchen has lost all its pressure, the best you can get is a drip! I've had a look underneath at the pipework and there is an isolation valve and what looks like a double check valve above it ( similar to the isolation valve but with a bolt instead of the screwdriver adjustment head).
Any ideas if it could be a double check valve, and if it is can I just get rid of it and replace it with a piece of pipe, as I think it could be this which is causing the lack of water?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Unfortunately we're not at your house, nor telepathic so unless you say where your hot water started and it's route to the tap, help is unlikely.
