Hi
Any ideas please on how to get rid of internal condensation in a double glazed window.

Check the seal not sure how it is getting in, is there a sealant maybe ?

Many thanks.

There is no cure except a new double glazed unit.

.... which is surprisingly cheap.

there is sure to be at least one local tradesman in your area who specialises in repairing patio doors, plastic windows, and double glazing. Try to get a personal revommendation of a local independent.

It might cost around £50 to £100

If you have several, get them all done at the same time and it should be better value.

There are some alternative bodges but not usually worth bothering.

You do not need to fit your house with new windows.

It's nothing to do with the rubber gasket seals inside or outside, it's the hotmelt or polysulphide bonding seal that glues the 2 bits of glass together, somewhere around the 4 sides its failed and is letting air in, unless it's a major separation of the 2 bits of glass then all it takes is a pin hole which you'll never find, new glass units required
