double glazing seals

hi... will someone please confirm that using a garden hose on my coservatory to clean the double glazing will not damage the seals. the pressure is the normal household tap pressure.my wife is blaming me for one of the seals leaking

No you won't damage the seals. There maybe a possibility the seal could be slightly worn, split or soft which water is entering depending on the angle of the water getting in. If it's not leaking in normal rain weather then I wouldn't worry unless it's draughty. In the worse case you can renew the seal but you won't damage it even with high pressure. Sometime I have seen some seals are the wrong size!
