It depends entirely on what the wiring was designed to support when it was first installed. If it was just an oven, or if there is no dedicated wiring and the oven plugs into a socket, then it isn't as simple as that.
If it was designed to take an all-electric cooker then it might well be.
You need to know the maximum loading of the cooker, or oven(s) and hob combined, the size of the cooker circuit cable, and the value of the fuse/MCB.
Do a search on the forum for cooker, oven, hob etc - you'll find loads of info.
BTW - have you ever used an electric hob? I'm not the only one who thinks they are despicable, and would never have one - gas is the only acceptable type of hob.
Fair enough if you like them, but if you're making the change without knowing what they are like you may bitterly regret it.
