Down the drain!

Hi all, I,m just fitting a new roll top bath. Most of the waste/overflows I've seen are of the popup varity. We don't want one of those, we would prefer an old fashioned chromed plug hole and plug. This doesn't present a problem except as the bath is 12mm thick the thread on the overflow connector is too short. Anybody know where I can get the overflow I need please?

still use the old overflow its connected by a flexi plastic pipe and will connect to your new waste with plug.

Hi, no, same problem the threaded part of the overflow won't reach through the side of the bath.

did the bath not come with overflow and waste that fits ?

The bath was supplied as tub only as we don't like the waste kit they offered. Don't know the make but it came from trueshopping.co.uk and has product reference BDE2THC .
