I've got a 7 day timer at the moment and it's a pain to re-programme and alter quickly, so wanted to get a mechanical one because they're much easier to use.

Can anyone recommend one suitable to match a Glowworm Flexicom?

It's a Danfoss timer although I'm not sure on a model number - the following numbers are on the inside flap with the user instructions:

FP715-Si
087N7898
PN 38072

You have probably the most 'user unfriendly' programmer ever invented! I hate the things,

I can understand why you want something simpler after trying to use the danfoss! Instead of going back to mechanical, have a look at the honeywell st9400c.

It should restore your faith in modern digital technology, I hope ;)
