Downlighting problems

Hi folks.

Had a kitchen fitted 2 years ago with some downlighters.

Just recently the lights were swithched on and nothing happened.

Tested contacts with meter and shows there is power getting to them but bulbs not eluminating.

Tried changing bulbs with no result.

Any ideas anybody please ?

Maybe worth trying replacing the lamp holders.

The other bulbs you tried were also duff?

I know - unlikey...

Did you actually measure at the lamp holder contacts, or somewhere else?

What did you measure with?

Are these LV or ELV?

Are you sure the lamps are actually making contact in the holders?

Thanx for the info guys but i have found the problem.

Just had the transformer apart and found a burnt out resistor.
