Downspout socket to cast

Anyone know where I can get a 68 mm downspout socket that will fit into cast iron. The ones I have only fit into the cast socket and not into the pipe
The cast sockets are 3-4 feet off the ground and I was hoping to cut them lower than that
The cast is 67mm o/d and about 57 mm internal . The internal measure on the p lastic socket is 62 mm I/d

Are you trying to get a rain water down pipe into a cast soil pipe?

No Pete I have replaced my guttering fascias and soffits
I had a mixture of plastic guttering with one plastic and .3 cast downspouts, all approx. 68mm o/d. It leaked at every union and elbow and I've renewed it
I'm looking to replace the cast down spouts as low to the ground as possible but without digging out under the concrete they are set in
So I need to connect the new plastic downspouts to the cast ones but the average socket won't fit
Any pointers?please don't say get a kango hired

You can get rubber couplings to join pipes together.. You just butt join the pipes and secure with the coupling.

Flexseal do a whole range of different ones, the DC75 looks like it would do the job. See the datasheet at the bottom of this page:
