Hi,
We want to create a new downstairs toilet in a 30s built house.
Space is limited and have a width of about 960mm and depth of 1100mm from the back wall to the door when shut, the door opens outwards. Leaving approx 480mm from the front of the toilet to the door. A small basin will go on the side wall. Electrics and ventilation aside does the space need building regs and are the dimensions above large enough to pass.
Thanks
Dave

You do need to make a Building Regs application, as you are installing a new wc and they will need to see the connection to the existing system, also the ventilation arranement. But internal size is not part of the regs.
