We need help with our windows. We just have moved into a newish house. All windows double glazed, but the house is very drafty. The windows open from the bottom out. The windows seem tight by the lock, but around the top there are gaps between the seal and the window. I think we need to adjust the hinges, but we don't know how. We have the same problem with all the windows. Any idea what we should do?
