Drain or Sewer?

Anyone tell me what this is I have uncovered right in the middle of the back Garden. Doesn't run towards the house.

I suspect that is a sewer inspection chamber. Has it got a constant flow of water through it? Try putting some paper down your toilet and get someone to flush it while you look down the hole.

Yes it does have a constant flow of water that looks like it flows downhill.

Funny lol. There is a mains water line and sewer line approximately 20m west in line with that flow should be the added comment. Just not sure what this waste because the waste is apparently the front of the house according to plans

This could help. The first drain is right in the middle of my back yard (bottom of diagram for 17) and runs west to east

Yellow is supply, Blue is surface water and brown is foul
