drain outlet higher than machine

A friends washing machine is situated in the basement.The drain outlet is higher than the machine. I want a platform/stand to raise the machine
and place the dryer underneath.smell.Can you recommend any premade
stands or the best way to make a safe one.I realise everything will have to be exactly level and secured to floor/wall.
