Drain Pipe Routing

Hi, Hope someone can help....

I am planning my self build extension and the issue of the drains is taxing my brain.
On the diagram you will see the proposed layout of my build.
The dotted line is where the rear wall currently is.
The red line and red square is the shared sewer with the manhole
The blue circle and blue line is the SVP and its piping to rhe manhole
The green is my proposed new pipe

The issue is that the SVP piping is at an awkward angle, so I was thinking of a new pipe from the SVP to the shared drain pipe.

Also we want a downstairs bathroom, I am also proposing another connection to the shared drain pipe.

We are also having UFH which might affect any proposed routes.

Just had a thought, the connection from the SVP to the manhole, towards the end, I should be able to shutter that as its the last bit of the run?
Correct?

You're keeping a vertical SVP in the middle of the extension then?

Yeah, I'm keeping the wall that its currently, I'm going to put the UFH pumps and valves on this wall as it is a central location and easy to feed
the UFH pipes into. the who thing will be boxed. So it acts as a divider between the kitchen and living/dining area.

If you are keeping it, then why would you want to move the drain?

I want/was thinking of moving the drain pipes due to it being at an angle, thought it would be better that if was straight run through the foundations.

There is nothing wrong with it as it is. If you move it, you should require a new inspection chamber were it connects with the drain. Think about that.

If the manhole is shallow you could replace it 'as is' if it's old clay pipe.

The blue line is the best route, you can rod, jet or CCTV from the manhole up if you ever had a blockage.

Any idea how to route the new downstairs bathroom and kitchen waste?

As you have drawn it.

You would want a rodding eye bottom right of your picture to give direct access to the long run down the side.

Sorry what I meant if you ignore my green lines, If if was up to you how would route the drains?

Leave blue as is, put a chamber on the connection to the sewer if there isn't already one. Downstairs bathroom, I'd run as per your drawing, but fit a chamber on the exit from the building, where it turns 90° across the back of the house, and another chamber on connection to existing run. Kitchen wastes can be connected via a gulley, or direct connection to the drain. Gulley would be my choice.
