drainage and block work for floor slab

Hi All, im building a extension on the side of my garage for a stair well for a annexe above, im doing all of it myself at the minute. I have been searching for a solution to a issue I have come across where the existing drain and water feed into the building. I will attach pictures to show, I do not know what way to overcome blocking around and above the drain. any helpful ideas would be greatly appreciated. thanks
