Draining heating on Splan system

If draining the heating system on an Splan system with a indirect cylinder. If leaving the heating drained over night. Is it ok to turn the immersion on to the cylinder? It won't effect the coil if it's empty of water. Thanks

Yes you can use immersion heater if central heating is drained.
