Either would be suitable for occasional use, however, I would have reservations regarding longevity using them on a daily basis. I have an SDS drill I bought at B&Q a few years ago for under £50 which, although not a Draper, looks very similar to those. I suppose I have used it a few dozen times over the years.

it was just the other draper ones seemed to get decent reviews.
