Good afternoon,

I am looking to buy a length of push on draught excluder material (photographs attached)
that can be cut to size.
I had my conservatory windows and doors replaced in 2019, by a Manchester company,
now refusing to travel and replace the draught excluder on my doors. The rubber brush
on the bottom tears off almost every year, so I now have a fitter who can fit it for me,
however I have been told that it's unique to the company who supplied and fitted the doors.
The doors drop and needs adjusting, which causes this problem

It is quite easy to remove and replace and just pushes into the groove on the bottom of the doors.

Can anyone suggest where I might buy this type of draught excluder from??

Many thanks for any ideas or help received.

Drumgilken.

Good morning.

As nobody has responded so far, I cannot delete this post, but, it is no longer relative. I have now sourced the item
I was looking for.

Thank you.

Maybe because your pictures didn't leave a lot to go on, a cross section of the end would have been ideal, glad you sourced it though

Thank you for your reply.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I am no door expert, so I did not have any idea of the correct part name, never mind the number or the manufacturer. However I did know who the installers were, and this was part of issue. I made numerous phone calls & sent many emails,
which gave me much more information, as to what I was looking for. Rain Deflector & asking for a *profile photo*.
Now I was getting somewhere. They were all directing me back to the installers, who I accidentally discovered were using Eurocell to make their
windows, doors etc.

Eurocell do not like bad publicity about their products. They could not help me as the installation had already taken place, but,
I had mentioned the installers location, but not their name.

I got an email from the installers within an hour of my call to Eurocell, They were now very happy to help.

But, it's worth keeping in mind, that we fail to ask the installers who are making the windows & doors we are buying. They won't volunteer
this information.

Kind regards
