draughty u.p.v.c window - vertical edge

we had a new u.p.v.c window fitted approx 3 years ago,( fitter not around anymore.) there is a draught around the vertical opening edge, i know the fittments can be tightened to make the window sit tighter against the frame, but which fitments do i tweak. help please
