Drayton Tempus Three timer

I'm in a rented house (no manuals for anythng!) and there is a drayton tempus three heating/water timer but I can't work out how to set the times. There is an Ideal Elan 2 boiler that has closed it's self down this morning and I can't restart that either.

Any help would be much appreciated

The Tempus 3 is the one that manuals are not available online for.

As it's a rented house, contact the landlord or agent - it's their responsibility to ensure the heating system is working and provide instructions if required.
