Drilling hole in sink

Hi folks. I want to drill a hole in a stainless steel sink so I can mount the taps in it. I've got lots of hole-saws and stuff, but would I need a reamer? How would you do it?

Ikea sell a tool in the kitchen department for this very job about a fiver I think and all you need is a spanner to use it.
