Hello,
I have seen other threads on this but would appreciate some further comments. We have a timber framed house built 12 years ago and we wish to drill through the kitchen wall, near the sink and put up an outside tap.
What is the correct sequance for doing this safely and properly?
Presumably we need to find and avoid main timber studs. But then do we need to just drill through? and if so should we go inside to out or vice versa?
Then do we need to put in any sort of sealing to ensure the timber framed system is maintained?
Thanks
