I'll be honest; I expected the crime to have happened somewhere in Liverpool.

They learn to drive, from playing computer games, drink because the parents don't care, and buy it for them.

If you are hit by an uninsured driver, all the insurance companies have a fund set aside, to pay up for this eventuality, paid for of course, by people that do have insurance.

I know someone that Daddy pays for petrol/insurance/car, after she passed her test aged 18, she's now 22, and has written 2 cars off, and thinks nothing about drink driving. The family isn't rich, by any means, but what Daddies girl wants, she gets. She usually blows her weeks wage on Friday night in the pub, gambling, then gets subs all week for food etc..which is never repaid.

I'm unsure how to decode this; there is a perception that Liverpool is full of car thieves, Manchester is full of 'Up fer it' lads, but the recent programme on TV, featuring people in Essex, is shocking...and does nothing to promote the county, but degrade it, totally. So someone from Essex, is really on the back foot. Essex is the most backward looking county, taking over from Norfolk, so when you slag off 'Northerers', take a good hard look at yourself, 2 football teams, won the premiership, and the FA cup, home of the invention of the computer, major contribrution to x-rays, the list goes on and on..What has Essex done? White stillettoes, dancing round a handbag, a grinding accent, spray tan, bejazzling? (whatever that is!) Grow up.

I don't believe that to be the case, the South always suggests they are superior to the North, but a crappy TV programme suggests the opposite, so it's not the BAD North vs The South, but South up themselves, thinking they are the best, when in reality, they are up themselves, wheras the North gets on. Watch an episode of Essex for proof.
