Hi all

This is my first post and I'm after some advice as to what might be causing a drip which has started the last couple of days.

It is in the main bedroom of a mid terrace house. We had new double glazed windows put in about 2 years ago and last year had a cavity wall put on the front wall to help keep some heat in. The drip is coming from the join between the plasterboard and the window, about a third of the way in from the left hand side. There is about a 2 inch band of damp across the top of the window. We've not had the drip before despite the snow etc.

Any advise as to what might be a cause would be great.

Thanks in advance,

Chris

The sealant on these inside pictures shows some denigration, I wonder how the external ones are doing, could be the source of a leek!...pinenot :)
