Hi, please accept my apologies if this problem has been asked and answered before, but I wonder if anyone could advise me about the following ... ?

I have an OSO unvented water heater that's 2 years old. It's the Direct 20 RD model.

The heater works fine but a week ago I noticed a small drip coming from the tundish. The drip only happens when I switch the heater on. Whilst the boiler is off - there is no drip.

I have read the manual and it suggests that the air gap needs to be recharged (and the manual details how to do this procedure). I plan to call a plumber this week but I would be grateful of a "2nd opinion" from the experienced readers of this forum. Any advice is very welcome.

Many thanks in anticipation,

James
