Hi - I have a pressurised system in my new house, but there is water constantly dripping (when on) from the flue - should I be concerned - does this mean I will need to keep topping up the water..?

thanks,
H

Probably just condensate dripping out of it, the flue should run up away from the boiler so that the condensate runs back into the boiler but not uncommon my own flue does this.

You shouldn't need to top up the pressure if the situation is as I've described above but keep an eye on the boiler's pressure gauge and if it's constantly dropping then you obviously have a problem.

You really should be asking the builder these questions though, especially if they are still on site.
