I have an Aqualisa Aquavalve mixer shower which has just started dripping from the showerhead. Do I need a full replacement or is it likely to just be a replacment part? Thanks

I've spoken to Aqualisa. It's an Aquavalve 600. They say I need a full replacement cartridge at £105. When I asked if that was a reasonable price or would I find one much cheaper on the internet they urged me to buy from them as it will have a 12 month guarantee. They say I can only be assured that the cartridge is new, tested and has not been stockpiled and stored badly by a third party.
