Dripping sink unit

Hello,

I have water dripping from the unit under our kitchen sink. The drips are specifically from a handle/tap which I have highlighted through the photos below/attached. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

It isnt the handle/ tap but the connection above, if you look you can see the crud where it is leaking. Not sure but that white might be ptfe tape, if so remove it and just fit the washer Herts P&D linked.

Thanks for the quick response. I was hoping it would be something I could quickly remedy. I'll buy the washer and fingers crossed.
