Drive angled towards.house causing water pooling on the side of house

B

Brummy

Hi there
I recently bought my.house which is now showing a lot wrong with, I know I need to get the pointing done and the roof verge but have now discovered the drive drains into the side of the house, the bricks below dpc in one particular spot are saturated but not above, I am worried about foundation damage(I have very weak knowledge on construction) but really want to prioritise pointing first as it is really bad plus funds are slightly limited, it did have some morter filleted against wall but it was wet underneath and just holding moisture to the wall and am after options do i really have to get a drive redone ASAP or at least drains inserted or can I carry on with original plan pointing/roof and do this next year I really am a bit stuck
Thank you for any help
Cheers
Carl
