I have a Smeg WDI16BA intergrated washer dryer. Last week i attempted to clean out the filter/drain pump but the drain pump casing split. I ordered one from Smeg installed it. When i ran the program the drum did not turn.
While installing the drain pump i laid the machine on its right side if this is important.
The wash program works fine untill the last minuet went it justs keeps pumping out.
I have done the following;
Checked the belt tension is ok, the drum and motor both turn by hand.
The motor is reciveing power.
I have checked the pressure switch and blew down the tube to clear it of any water.

Any ideas? (apart from taking it into the garden and giving it a kicking)
