I am trying to follow the steps here for a shed base
and they suggest (after the sub base) putting the slabs on a dry mix of 9 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement.
Is there something I should take into consideration when putting down the dry mix in hot weather? From my very limited knowledge it seems to absorb moisture from the ground, and this is sufficient for it to cure. But will that happen in this hot weather?
