Some of my washing is coming out the wash with complete dry patches.
I don't think this is happening with any particular wash cycle;
I am quite sure too, that I am not overloading the machine;
I have been putting water softening powder in the detergent draw since last summer (have used the machine since April 2008 with no problems and the machine was left by previous owners prior to that), some of the softening powder now appears to be being left in the drawer, maybe I put too much in – the draw is clean –however this is unlikely to explain the dry patches on clothing anyway.
I have also done approx 2-3 cycles with Calgon over the last few months;
The cold tap appears to on full.
I have not checked for any kinks at the back yet but how can kinks just happen anyway?
Has anyone got any ideas, before I have to call in the repair man and spend lots of money I haven’t got!
