Hi all. Our adjoining neighbour has had her roof done recently, which included re-tiling an adjoining ridge using a dry ridge system. However, now that the UK weather has reverted to normal - i.e. it rains 2-3 times a week - we've notice a leak has developed in our roof. My suspicion is that it's to do with the particular join in the photographs (which I'm just about able to access via a Velux), as the leak shows itself almost direct adjacent to this join, albeit further down the roof slope.
Am I right in thinking that the ridge tile on the left should be far snugger into the clamp than it is, and, in your opinions, does this join look like it could be the cause of our leak?
cheers
