New to dry ridge system. Put the plastic bracket/spacer in between tiles, put the clips in. It’s quite a large gap between tiles. I thought surely heavy rain and wind could force water over the edge of the plastic bracket. I thought that’s fine, the “waterproof” membrane then takes it down over the tiles. But it’s not waterproof!? It’s like a fine metal mesh that lets through water.
So therefore I’m relying on rain not being blown through the gaps of the tiles and over the plastic bracket. Is that right?
What’s the point of the membrane if not water proof?
