Dryer issue Electra error 05 problem

I currently have an Electra dryer (TDC7001s) and it is displaying an error 05 where two lights flash. I have read that it is either the condenser pump or the NTC which miraculously I have replaced new but still have an issue.

When I changed the condenser pump (I noticed water under it) so dried it and I have also cleaned thoroughly the lent and other parts that require cleaning.

Still showing the same two lights

Anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
