I started doing some skirtings with Dulux trade eggshell oil based. Having chosen it because I was moving onto doors next and thought oil based would give a more level finish. Not impressed with my first round of skirtings, I thinned down the rest of the tin with white spirit about 10:1. This seems to be levelling better despite drying, if anything, slightly quicker.
Questing: Will this significantly reduce the re-coat time.
