The manual I have, seems to suggest you have one sequence of central heating temptature settings that run identically for all seven days of the week.
Surely you can have different settings for the weekend!
Hi,
it's because there are two different versions of the DT10RF controller
"Digistat" which is a "24" hour timer - i.e. it only lets you set the TIMES of the central heating, then repeats it every day.
"Digistat Optimiser" which is a "7 day" timer - for different settings depending on the day of the week (e.g. one setting for mon-friday, one for sat+sun)
Why they would ever sell a 24-hour timer when the 7 day timer will do the same job? The cost of printing 2 separate manuals, making 2 separate models, along with fielding all the calls from frustrated users trying to put their "digistat" controllers onto a weekend schedule, must surely outweigh the few pence difference (if that) between the units??
