Hi I've Installed a dual channel hive today with thermostat and hub. I've connected neutral to N.

I was informed this was the correct way to wire, but after looking online I'm unsure now and the heating won't turn off, although I can turn it on via the app.
I've got a Ideal Logic + boiler.
I can't fine much information online about the duel reciever, although I don't even need the hot water function.
Many thanks.

Ash.

Won't turn off or won't turn on by itself?

Take a picture of the wiring mentioned above, don't recognise T1 as being a terminal on the hive receiver. Are these wired or wireless thermostats?

Fine - a dual channel Hive has one channel for heating and the second for hot water.

But now I'm a little confused...

If you were replacing a single stat, with a single channel Hive, you would be using terminals 1 and 3.
If you had a hot water and heating system on a dual channel Hive, you would be using terminal 3 for H/W and terminal 4 for heating.

However, you seem to be mention two stats. Does this mean you really have a dual zone heating system on a combi?
If so, you would use two single channel Hives - one for each zone.
