Dual flush brand

Does any one know the brand the flush is in the photo?

From what I've learnt on YT, the white push is for full flush and the blue is half flush so I just want to know how to adjust them for the amount of water. Both are push rod operation from the push button on the lid.

Seem to be.

Is the amount the flap is pushed down that controls the amount of water that goes down into the bowl?
