Dual switch for 2no Immersion Heaters?

No - For off peak and peak, use 2 switches. Common to use one wth a neon for the peak, with out for the off-peak.

Or one of these:

Don't forget the all time classic immersion switch - the MK K330-WHI 13amp FCU.

Fully compliant with BS7671:2001 when used with a 3KW immersion.

Cheap, Safe and Effective, and allows the use of lighter 1.5.sq.mm. flex to the element instead of traditional 2.5.sq.mm. flex, (after applying thermal and grouping correction factors as appropriate.)

The sink bath switch is for a dual element that is for peak supply only - in essence it is just a 2way switch that either turns on the long or short element. You need to wire from the switch with 4core flex.

5/6 core? (cpc).

Or 2 lengths of 3-core.

And you could also use it for 2 separate elements to avoid ending up with both on at one time, but basically it's an alternative for a non peak/off-peak environments, as the poster didn't actually say he had that......

Thanks for all the input. The 3-core/4-core issues are still not clear to me. Can anyone direct me to a non-diagram pic of the Immersion heaters heads wiring in a dual Immersion Heater installation. And the back of the dual switch.
