Dudley Duoflush...no low flush

I should get a low flush when I hold down the handle but I get the full flush regardless. I seem to recall Dudley telling me that a washer is leaking when this occurs and sent me a replacement as the system was pretty new. This fixed the problem. A year or so on its happening again so replaced said washer with one off eBay which has the same dimensions but 3mm thick instead of 2mm, but seems it doesn't want to work. Does anyone know where one can get the genuine rubber washers from (26mm with a 10mm hole)? Perhaps someone can enlighten me as to what this washer does too?

Thanks for that. Never thought Screwfix would do that. Shame you have to buy the full kit when only the washer is needed!

No ! when you get the full kit just fit all the pieces its definately is a good thing to do !!!!!
