Hi,
Recently repainted room with Dulux Supermatt. Reason for using this paint was because ceiling was newly dry lined. The walls however were already painted.
Ceiling is fine but walls are bubbling. When scraped away its possible to remove large sections of the 3 coats of supermatt. Walls were washed before painting.
Wondering if this is due to the paint or potential dampness? There are previous signs of damp (black mould around pvc window seals, condensation).
If damp what is the best course of action? Can I skim over the walls and just run a dehumidifier for a year or something?
If paint - ... why would this be?
Cheers
